Massage Healing
My friend gave me a massage weeks and it still hurts a lot?
Does the pain go away or should I seek professional help? Is there anything I can do to speed the healing process?
Some friend! What about people who think they have magic hands! People go to school for years to become a masseuse or a chiropractor. People who do not know what they are doing can be a real pain … (I will not say.'s Not funny) Anyway, I would expect one days more if you can avoid it. A warm bath with Epsom salts might help a little. Also, stretching can do something good. If it hurts too bad no But do not. If it's just unbearable, you should see a doctor. Whatever you do, not just lay in bed all day. That will only aggravate it more rigid and the problem. I hope you feel better!
