Is there something wrong with taking more than the recommended dose of multi vitamin and mineral tablets?
the bath says only take one per day, and not exceed the recommended dose, but only took 5 and wonder if there's really no problem with it? its theyre paracetemol as nothing else?
Yes you should never take more than the recommended amount. There are fat-soluble vitamins and water soluble, water-soluble vitamins are excreted through the kidneys in urine intake excessive and are less likely to cause problems than fat-soluble vitamins (vitamins A, D, E and K), which are stored in the body and can quickly build up toxic levels.
