What therapeutic-grade essential oils brand should I use for best results with major medical depresion and…?
anxiety? There are so many brands out there and I’m just a newbie. I came across Somatherapy, Ananda aromatherapy among many others… Which one should I go for? What’s their best blend for clinical depression and anxiety?
So many of the stores do not carry high quality essential oils. I would ask if they are organic or wildcrafted. If not, stay away. Too many are adulterated or poor quality. The word “natural” means nothing. I don’t know about major depression, but there are excellent blends and oils that you could try. My favorites are Transition and Euphoria, made by a small company named Source Vital. They smell great, too.
