What causes stinky feet??

Hot, sweaty feet. Yeah, I got that.
I’ve never had a problem with stinky feet until about 3 months ago. I wear sneakers at work, and my feet get hot, but if I take my shoes off, it stinks up the office. If I leave them on, I’m uncomfortable plus when sitting, you can smell my feet through my shoes!! I’ve gotten a different pair of shoes, when those got stinky, I washed them and used Odor Eaters. I’ve even used those “detox” pads at night, and washed again in the morning. Nothing helps!
Yes, I wash my feet everyday. One of my pet peeves is long toe nails, so they are kept very short and that would not be the cause.
What else can I do?

Bacteria thrives in the uria of your foot sweat. When the bacteria releases toxins, the toxins give off odor.

Here’s a great solution to the problem.

There’s something called a Sage Tea solution what you do is…

1. Buy Sage Tea from your supermarket
2. Fill a large bowl with room temperature water
3. Put the sage tea bags in the bowl and let the tea dissolve a bit.
4. soak your hands and/or feet for 15 minutes in the bowl.

Sage Tea will act as an astringent to dry the skin and prevent excessive sweating for many days to follow.

Don’t just do this soak one day. Do it everyday for 5 days straight (15 minutes at a time) and you’ll see great results.
