Should I Be Alternating Protein Supplement Drinks?
In our house we have Whey powder (GNC Mixed Berry) that we mix with water and we also have Myoplex Lite French Vanilla. My boyfriend stated recently that from what he knows it can be dangerous to rely only on the milk-based Myoplex and that for the best result I should be alternating the whey drink with the myoplex. He said he had learned that too much dairy intake as a protein supplement can be detrimental.
Does anyone have any experience or information about this?
to coley: I’m talking about PROTEIN supplements not DIET supplements. It’s an entirely different thing. I’m a personal trainer so trust me I’m fine on exercise and eating well. Protein supplements are drinks/bars you have before/after a work out to help your body recovery and increase your muscle build. It’s not a substitute meal.
most diet supplements work for w hile but you are actually damaging your self internally. i learnt this from a dietican.
please be careful. stick to non-cheating diets lol.
eat healthy and exercise 1 hour 3-4 days a week
