Alternitive answer to beta blockers?

I have a condition which is refered to as essentail tremor. One of the ways to treat this is using beta blockers. I was wondering if there was some natural product that wouold be as benificial? (with my doctors consultation of course)
I did forget to say, appart from the destruction of my self esteem, conficence and my ability not to throw hot coffee al over the place or to be able to do certain jobs, not to mention the questions about being a junkie or wine oh ( this doesn`t just affect me( I`m old enough to ignore some of it but my kids have to take the brunt of it also the cost, so if any one has any suggestions I would be grateful of prescriptions for long term treatment can be very costly here.

Essential tremor is benign and does not necessarily worsen if you elect not to treat it. If you do not care for conventional medications, take nothing.

There at least two b-blockers that are available from Walmart’s $4.00/mth list. That would probably make this medication more affordable than herbal preparations.

Go to Walmart and ask for their list. Take the list to your doctor’s office and ask if any on the list are acceptable to the doctor for treating your condition.
